Vinha da Granja 2018

Quinta do Vallado, founded in 1716, is one of the oldest and most famous estates in the Douro Valley.

It is located on the banks of the Corgo River, a tributary of the Douro River, right next to its mouth and near the town of Peso da Régua.

The Quinta belonged to the legendary Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira and remains in the hands of her descendants to this day.

Nose : Very concentraded and intense, with balsamic notes from the Oak well paired with figs, black plums and tabacco.
Taste

Mouth : Full-bodied, firm and mature with round, velvety tanins. Mineral, with a complex and persistant finish.
