Tasting
Appearance : A lively ruby/violet colour.
Aroma : bouquet of red and black fruit, alongside hints of wild shrubs.
Palate : smooth ; rich and with great body. Very elegant tannins and a balanced acidity invite a long and very complex finish.
Serve : between 16ºC-18ºC.
