The "Haute Expression" Cuvée deserves special attention, as it gives rise to pleasant surprises. Made from a selection of the best terroirs, chosen from among the most aromatic grapes, the so-called "Haute Expression" Cuvée will in no way resemble the Traditional Muscadet, fresh and pearl. Aging in oak barrels for 2 or 3 years, and this for 7 months, bottling in spring and you will notice that we can perfectly combine the vanilla aromas of the oak and the exceptional finesse of the Melon known as "de Bourgogne" for an unparalleled result.
Tasting
This beautiful bottle will go perfectly with fish in sauces, some white meats or even some cheeses.
