Description

The White of White of the Billecart-Salmon house is made from Chardonnay of the five great wines of the Côte des Blancs: avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger.

Its composition, the fruit of the two different years of assembly, reveals all the specificity of the Chardonnay.

Strong of its traditions, such as the vinification in the barrel of large wines, the house makes its aglomerate in an extensive network of chalk-cut cellanes dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. The temperature is constant, around 12°C, allowing the production of fine bubbles.

Appearance: White Billecart-Salmon has a fine foam with delicate bubbles that elegantly accompanies the gold reflections of the dress.

Aroma: Its nose surprises with almond aromas mixed with those of white fruits.


Palate: Its mouth is complex and powerful, with a pleasant vinosity. Its finish is fresh and elegant.

Food pairing: Ideal for aperitif.

Serving: To serve at a temperature of 8°C.
