Description
The name comes from the Celtic village of "Cambola", famous for its vineyards, then cultivated by the monks in the Middle Ages. Joseph Drouhin owns several plots in this mosaic of soil. The soil: a complex limestone subsoil dating from the secondary era, with which Pinot Noir is in full affinity.
Tasting
"A wine of lace and silk. The dress is bright and bright. The aromas are complex and of great clarity: violet, black cherry, humus... Depending on the vintage: truffle, venison. Fine and fine tannins, with a nice balance between freshness and velvety. A long aromatic persistence, with notes of stone fruit and candied fruit. "
