Description

UDACA represents almost 60% of the Dão wine production, which, together with the numerous awards and participations in events, reflects UDACA as one of the main voices of the Dão and Beira Alta regions.

Tasting

Eye : A brilliant, crystalline colour with hints of lemon.

Nose : Very delicate, with notes of orange blossom, lime and lemongrass involved in notes of fresh wood from the casks in which it was aged.

Palate : a fresh mineral structure with great harmony and persistence.
