A unique wine named after the numerous partridges that populate their estate.
Tasting
Appearance : The colour is deep ruby red
On the Nose : a mix of black fruits in alcohol, combined witha spiciness reminiscent of licorice and vanilla bean and an elegant balsamic flavour.
In the Palate : Excellent acidity, thick and well blended tannins.
Food Pairings : Excellent with red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.
Serving Temperature : 14°C - 16°C
