Tasting
Eye : Definite ruby colour
Nose : Complex aroma of ripe black fruits and some spice and cocoa notes.
Palate : It reveals soft, round, with tannins and a great final length.
Serve with various red meat dishes, mature or semi-aged cheeses or sausages.
