In 1861, Eleuterio Martinez Arzok settles on Oyonbuys the manor house and vineyards there. This marks the beginnig of a new lineage.

In 1968, if there is a place where a whole family's passion for wine-growing thrives, it is here. Family history and 47,000 casks containing wines made under the highest standards have earned the Martinez international recognition and renown.

From Eleuterio Martinez Arzok to the fourth generation which currently leads the winery more than 150 years of tradition and expertise in the world of wine have passed.

Appearance : Clean, bright, pale yellow colour and gold rim. Fine bubble. 

Aroma : On the nose is warm and fruity, white fruit and apple hints standout; floral notes and honey touch.

Palate : Sweet, pleasant and balanced. Long finish.

Food Matches : It matches with salted fish and seafood, caviar and cava is an excellent mix. Strong flavoured cheese. Meat and fish in general
