Wine with a greenish-yellow colour.
Nose : A marked
varietal Verdejo nose with medium intensity,
notes of fennel, fine herbs, white flowers, pears
and peaches. Fresh, oily and very smooth
mouth-feel with a long, round finish.
Mouth : Balanced
acidity with a period spent on very fine lees
will help the wine to remain fresh over time and
preserve all its aromatic complexity. This is a
wine which rather than seeking so much
explosion on the nose, has a complex, elegant
and more varietal character.
Food & wine pairing : This wine is a good match for fish, shellfish,
white meat, ham, pasta, chicken or cold meat.
