The Mencía variety, the support of the wine-making elegance of Galicia, in whose land it develops its most peculiar aromas, manages to produce wines where a delicate presence and an outstanding personality coexist.
Tasting
Appearance : Coming from the autochthonous variety Mencía, it is presented with a nice red sustained purple red robe.
Aroma : noble aroma, complex and both ripe and clean with a fruit intensity in berries and sloes.
Palate : The mouth is dry and incisive at the entrance. A rich tannic expression with character, while changing aftertaste and leaving a rich sensation of flavor.
Food pairing : The wide sensations of the variety allow the high Galician cuisine and the modern gastronomic trends in search of new horizons with sophisticated and exquisite dishes based on game meats (deer, venison) or even veal, poultry.
