Tasting

Appearance: The wine is brilliant and limpid. The dress is of a garnet supported and luminous.

Aroma: The nose is clean and straight. Before stirring, notes of cherry, cedar. After shaking, come aromas of black pepper, fresh rose, slightly mineralized.

Palate: The attack is frank and supple. The palate is immediately aromatic in a register of gray tobacco, minerality and barely vanilla wood. The fine tanned weave, satin is the heart of a creamy volume. The retro-olfaction is very long, cherry and mint.

Service: For the 2015 vintage, wait until 2020 to taste, potential of guard until 2045. For the other vintages, between 2 and 13 years of potential of guard.
