Description
The AVY, or Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne, is a cooperative society founded in 1902.
They produce exclusively white, red, sweet and sparkling wines under the Yvorne Chablais AOC appellation by vinifying the harvest of 55 hectares of vines out of the 160 hectares of the production area. The vineyard is made up of 83% Chasselas and 2% of noble white grape varieties (Doral, Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc) and 15% of noble red grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, Dakapo, Cabernet Franc, Gallota, Mara and Diolinoir)
The exceptional Vaud wines we produce combine ancestral know-how with modern techniques. Looking to the future, we seek to produce ever more generous and elegant wines. This is why our great Swiss wines are regularly acclaimed and awarded.
