Description
Château Joinin, a family property for several generations, was taken over in 1989 by Mrs and Mr Mestreguilhem who decided to make their own wine from the fruit of their harvest.
The latter, who also own Château Pipeau, a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, backed by the experience and know-how acquired there over many years, take meticulous care of the vineyard and the vinification afin order to produce a very high quality red Bordeaux wine on the Château Joinin estate.
Tasting
Appearance: This dark and deep burgundy.
Aroma: Unveils intense fragrances of ripe red and black fruits with spices.
Palate: Worn by a firm structure but without any hardness, the mouth rejoins with the fruit, shows volume and density, and stretches in a clean and straight finish.
