Since 1877, several generations have succeeded one another, and today a new generation is taking over. The Domaine des Mouilles cellar is located in the heart of the Juliénas vineyards, with a guided tour of the vineyards, cellar and vat room.

Since 1877, several generations of the Perrachon family have succeeded each other on the Chateau de la Bottière, the Domaine des Pérelles and the Domaine des Mouilles. The property, with its strong wine-making tradition, covers a total area of 26 hectares.

Ruby red hue, very constant with aromas of red fruits, peony and violet. The pleasant and fruity mouthfeel presents flexible and well rounded tannins. Serve at 13° C, with coq au vin, game birds or poultry en sauce.
