The low dosage of this wine using a liqueur expertly prepared by the Cellar Master as well as its long aging after disgorging for a minimum of 12 months give it its maturity and richness, and allow the full expression of Chardonnay, a grape variety. emblematic of the refined and daring style of the House.

The quintessence of the Barons de Rothschild style. Its very limited production is treated with the same care as the Rothschild family's finest wines.
Eye: Pale gold colour with crystalline highlights.
Nose: Fresh, chalky minerality accompanies the fullness and richness of this sun-drenched vintage. Notes of white-fleshed fruit and preserved lemon open up to aromas of roasted coffee, apricot-like dried fruit and grilled almonds.
Mouth: The full, fresh and vertical attack reveals great complexity. Notes of citrus fruit and lemon zest underpin a long finish with toasty accents of mocha and vanilla, creating a perfect harmony of freshness and character.
