A holistic snapshot - which is today and has already been tomorrow.The spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats from 1862 is followed by twelve months of maturation in used barriques.The Chardonnay convinces with characteristic fruit and balanced woody notes - puristic, timeless, captivatingly proven.

Serve with: Veal kidney with thyme-Dijon mustard sauce, spaghetti vongole, crispy fried pike-perch, Chablis and Puligny Montrachet.
