Description

The Clos du Château is located in Choully, on the heights of Satigny, the largest wine-producing commune in Switzerland.

The estate offers an exceptional view of Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Lionel and Nathalie Dugerdil took over the family vineyard and relaunched the vinification on the estate in 2010. Nearly 30 hectares of vines are cultivated today.

Tasting

Eye : pretty pale yellow colour.

Nose : rich and aromatic, with intense flavours of exotic fruits (passion fruit, mango) and citrus. It has floral nuances as well as a mineral note.

Palate : fresh with good acidity and a rich, round finish. The palate also reveals the aromatic expression of this variety.

Ideal as an aperitif, with white meats, spicy food, shellfish and seafood. Also with goat's cheese.
