Gamay Vieilles Vignes - Clémence 2022

Gamay is the most commonly cultivated red grape in Geneva. This blend is obtained from vines over 25 years old, whose deeply entrenched roots give a wine of great character.

Eyes: Sustained red dress with purple and bluish shades.

Nose: Sustained intensity and characteristic dominated by notes of spices and red fruits.

Mouth: Soft and fresh attack. The medium of mouth flatters by its density and peppery aromas. The long persistence is underlined by tannins of fine finesse.

Food pairing: Fits perfectly with deli meats, red meats and grills.

Service: Serve between 14-15°C.
