Spicy and silky, Pavillon des Courtisanes is born from the pebbles of Cairanne at the foot of the majestic Mont Ventoux. Ripe strawberries from the Grenache and fresh pepper from the Syrah: a delicacy, almost a sin. Pair it with a leg of lamb from the Pre-Alps flavoured with thyme.
