Villa Sparina is Italian wine from Piedmont like no other. The Piedmontese winery is located in the famous Gavi. A place where people's lives have always been linked to the cultivation of grapes.
Villa Sparina is also the quality and personality of great Italian wines with an inimitable personality and a deep soul. The winery was founded in the 1970s by the Moccagatta family. It is a company rich in tradition, whose heart has always been wine production. The aim is to highlight the importance of the grapes, which are closely linked to the history and culture of the surrounding area.
Villa Sparina covers one hundred hectares, seventy of which are dedicated to the cultivation of native grapes for the production of Italian wines such as Barbera and Gavi. The sunny land is surrounded by forests and the pleasant Ligurian breezes create ideal conditions for wine growing. The optimal soil and the excellent location in a mild climate make the wines of Villa Sparina something very special.
Tasting
Eye : Bright ruby red.
Nose : The nose of the bin gives off the scent of intense and exquisite fruit.
Mouth : The flavour is fragrant, round with a long fruity aftertaste.
Food and wine pairing : It is perfect with spicy lamb curry, red onions filled with couscous and apricots or lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs.

Longevity : 10 - 15 years
