Appearance : intense yellow color, with greenish reflections, transparent, brilliant, dense.

Aroma : High aromatic intensity, which highlights the marc brandy base. Predominant notes of mint, anise, herbs.

Palate : Smooth, round, very balanced with a persistent aftertaste with pleasant sensation of herbs

Service : Fresh or with some ice cubes

Food Pairings : Due to its digestive properties, it is ideal after meals, although it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
