Appearance : A yellow-amber colour. 

Aroma : intense  with notes of spices, bitter almonds and wood.

Palate : A smooth flavour; the power of the alcohol well-balanced by the sweetness of the brandy.

Food Pairings : Traditionally Brandy Constantino is served as a digestif in a Cognac glass. However, it may also be served as a long drink with ice and juice. Its delicious with Coca-Cola and a lemon slice.
