Description
Casa Relvas was born from the desire to continue the history of a family linked to the land over five generations and two continents.
This family project was launched in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw in the Herdade de São Miguel the vast horizons of his roots in Africa.
Their vision today: "It is the celebration of life that motivates us daily to produce Casa Relvas wines. Our mission is to produce quality wines that accompany every moment of life, wines that can make the pleasure of a meal special, to celebrate, to meet friends or to revive the memories of good times.
VINIFICATION
Manual Harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in mills with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
