Paradidou 2021

This natural sweet wine, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, obtained by cryo-extraction (the grapes are frozen and then pressed again to obtain a concentration of sugar and more important aromas) offers us freshness and aromatic sweetness. The balance between acidity and sugar makes it a real pleasure without heaviness.

Appearance: Orange yellow dress.

Aroma: Quince notes, orange and grapefruit.
